Visibility states
Fields may appear in the draft form, review view, issued document, or a combination of these states.
Visibility separates editable draft inputs from system-owned issuance metadata.
Issued views display only the final document content and system-issued metadata.
Why visibility states exist
The service shows different information at different stages because drafting and issuance serve different goals. Draft views prioritize editing. Issued views prioritize stable reading.
How to interpret them
If something appears only in the issued view, it is usually because it depends on issuance. If something appears in the draft view, it is usually because the issuer can still shape it before the record is fixed.
